I'm in love with porridge

I can't image healthy life style without hot porridge. Actually is not important that is winter or summer, porridge is perfect for every season.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoon oats

  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or other)

  • 1/2 large RIPE!!!! banana

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon nuts

DIRECTION

  1. Place oats and milk into a thick based saucepan.

  2. Bring to boil, stir, then boil for 5 minutes until oats are thick and creamy.

  3. Place the porridge into a bowl.

Serve with fruits and nuts.

ZUTATEN

  • 3 EL Haferflocken

  • 1 Tasse Milch

  • 1/2 Banane

  • 1 Tasse Blaubeeren

  • 1 EL Nüssen

ZUBEREITUNG

  1. Haferflocken und Milch aufkochen, bis der Brei die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht hat.

  2. Servieren mit Blaubeeren, Banane und Nüssen.

  • 3 łyżki płatków owsianych

  • 1 szklanka mleka roślinnego

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 szklanka borówek amerykańskich

  • 1 łyżka orzechów

PRZYGOTOWANIE

  1. Płatki ugotuj na mleku.

  2. Podawaj z bananem, borówkami i orzechami.
